AMAZING RESULTS

I would like to say that Mr. Fernandez and his entire staff, did a wonderful job, of getting my case dismissed. My debt was over $30,000.00 plus late fees, attorney fees and other fees I was being charged with. Bringing my debt total to over $50,000.00 I felt there was no way possible to get this d...ebt dismissed. If anything I figured there might be a settlement, with me owing 30% to 50% of the debt. I knew people who had a few thousand to $5,000.00 in debt, getting their cases dismissed, but me, owing $50,000.00. I just could not imagine Mr. Fernandez getting this huge debt dismissed. But he, along with his staff did get it dismissed and I owed nothing. Not even one penny. I was so relieved and so glad to finally have this huge debt taken care of. I would and I will recommend Mr. Fernandez to anyone needing debt relief. Thank you very much to Mr. Fernandez and his entire staff. You have no idea how much stress you have relieved me from. Thank you again.

Outstanding & Professional

The service was professional and outstanding. I was always kept informed by Mr. Fernandez about the progress of my case. I was thrilled with the outcome of the case and Mr. Fernandez saved me tens of thousands of dollars. I highly recommend his firm to anyone who is in my position.

Very Satisfied

I have unfortunately been sued twice and have hired Mr. Fernandez to represent me in both cases and he has handled them to my utmost satisfaction, both cases were dismissed and I owed nothing, I didn’t even have to go to court, Mr. Fernandez handled everything for me. Take it from me…hire yoursel...f a competent attorney like Mr. David Fernandez who is well versed in debt defense situations. If I am sued again, I know that I will definitely be hiring Mr. David Fernandez again to represent me.

Highly Recommended!!

David said his first goal was to have the case dismissed, he never once faltered from this goal. I must admit this sounded like the best option to me also but of course I was also preparing for the worst. I had already prepared for this to drag on for a year or more however this was not to be. David ...holding true to his word called me 4 months after taking my case with the best news I could hope for: "Your Case Has Been Dismissed!". I highly recommend David Fernandez. He is a man of his word, very easy to work with and highly responsive to all questions and concerns.
