Dedicated to their client

I got sued by a major CC company. I was scared of situation and I didn’t know what to do. I called many law firms for advice, but many of them gave me mostly generic advice. Then I called the Law Office of David Fernandez, not only I got a free attorney consultation, but in the nearly one hour that I... spoke to him, he gave me a road map of the what was going to happen in my case. After that conversation, I knew they were the firm for me. Their prices are fair, and when you call them, they do keep you up to date with your case. At the end, my case got dismissed. I want to thank David Fernandez, Kyle Garza, William Allen and the staff of the Law Office of David Fernandez for their professionalism, transparency, empathy and kindness.

Friendly, Professional, Honest, & Ethical

I contacted Mr. Fernandez regarding debt collector harassment that I have been experiencing. I am currently receiving many debt collector phone calls in relation to various payday loans that I am positive I have paid off. We had a phone consultation regarding this matter. I explained to Mr. Fernand...ez that I have worked diligently to pay each of these loans off and I am certain that I have no outstanding payday loan balances that are unpaid. In addition, I explained to Mr. Fernandez that I have each of the official "Paid in Full" letters for each of the payday loans that I have officially paid off. Moreover, I explained to him that I recently received a phone call on December 26, 2017 from a process server threatening to visit my place of employment, as well as my home to deliver documents. After I explained my situation to Mr. Fernandez, he immediately told me that my case strongly sounded like nothing more than a creditor's scamming tactic and he recommended that I simply ignore any threats issued by them, especially if I am certain that I own no such debt. He also explained to me that in the State of Texas, debt collectors are not allowed to visit your place of employment for any reason. He got on his computer and searched my name in his database for any judgments pending against me and he found non. Ultimately, rather than take my money for a situation that appeared to be clearly a scam initiated by creditors, he was very honest with me stating that there was no reason for him to take my money to resolve a case that ultimately does not exist. I greatly appreciated Mr. Fernandez's honesty, his, warmth, and high level of professionalism that he displayed while speaking with me. I highly recommend his services and I will certainly hire him in the future for any legal needs that fall within his areas of specialty that may arise for me.

Satisfied customer

This new year came with adversity. I received a lawsuit notice in the mail and I was devastated. I had no idea what to do or who to turn to. I had never experience anything like this before. I started receiving letters from different attorney offices and didn't know who to select. I went with my gut... feeling and chosed David A. Fernandez. I wasn't sure about him representing me, because he wasn't referred to me, but went ahead and gave Mr. Fernandez a chance to represent me as my attorney. My credit card debt was $5,000 and I had no idea how the outcome would be. Mr. Fernandez won me a settlement of $520 with monthly payments of $52, affordable for me. Thank you Mr. Fernandez for helping me and making me a satisfied customer. If you need a good lawyer, I highly recommend David A. Fernandez, a man of integrity.
