Very Satisfied

I have unfortunately been sued twice and have hired Mr. Fernandez to represent me in both cases and he has handled them to my utmost satisfaction, both cases were dismissed and I owed nothing, I didn’t even have to go to court, Mr. Fernandez handled everything for me. Take it from me…hire yoursel...f a competent attorney like Mr. David Fernandez who is well versed in debt defense situations. If I am sued again, I know that I will definitely be hiring Mr. David Fernandez again to represent me.

Highly Recommended!!

David said his first goal was to have the case dismissed, he never once faltered from this goal. I must admit this sounded like the best option to me also but of course I was also preparing for the worst. I had already prepared for this to drag on for a year or more however this was not to be. David ...holding true to his word called me 4 months after taking my case with the best news I could hope for: "Your Case Has Been Dismissed!". I highly recommend David Fernandez. He is a man of his word, very easy to work with and highly responsive to all questions and concerns. A sincere Thank You to David Fernandez and his office for their top notch customer service. and the best outcome anyone could ever hope for when something like this happens.
