Biography
Mr. Cartwright pursues each and every available legal remedy for his clients and seeks out top expert witnesses, investigators, medical professionals, and economists to help strengthen his clients’ cases. He aggressively negotiates with large corporations and insurance companies to obtain fair financial compensation. In 1988, as a legal pioneer, he was one of the first attorneys to successfully bring a case against all silicone breast implant manufacturers. Between 1988 and 1995 he helped resolve over 8000 client claims for women. He is dedicated to correcting legal injustices and defending the rights of injured individuals.
Mr. Cartwright has built his firm upon his passion for justice and a tireless representation of clients. He continues to place the utmost regard on the ethical practice of law, the importance of accountability and dedication to the firm’s clients and volunteerism in the Houston community. In addition, he is a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education seminars both nationally and internationally.
