I approached Kathryn Karam's Law Office in May 2016 with the objective of filing an EB2 NIW application (self petitioned I-140 application to help get a green card). Oil and Gas industry had been going through extremely hard times and I wanted to secure my future, in case I got laid off like so many ...of my ex-colleagues. We got started and on Dec 2016 my I-140 application was filed. My I-140 application got approved by USCIS on May 30, 2017. During the application preparation, I would do the initial drafts of the recommendation letters and run it by Nadine for review and suggestions. Together we did 6 recommendation letters and got them signed by Industry experts in my field and my professor in engineering school. Nadine prepared an excellent cover letter (19 pages or so if I remember correctly) which goes with these recommendation letters, and other application forms required by USCIS. I must admit that I felt frustrated at times that the application process was taking such a long time. But the final cover letter from Nadine exceeded all my expectations. I could have never written a letter like that all by myself. I was glad I didn't try to do it all myself and I took expert help. I had a great experience working with Nadine. She was very responsive to emails, good listener and very courteous, not to mention she did a great job in my application preparation.
