I don't understand the below comments. I have gone to this attorney for several cases and my relatives have gone as well. We always have a consultation. We speak to attorney Banos for 30 to 45 minutes. After we begin the case the legal assistant does answer the phone and speak to us about the case.... But she always answered my question or concerns and if she did not have information or had to verify she would call me back. In court I spoke to the attorney before and after. I was very happy with the service and attention and advice the attorney gave me. I was also able to email them. He went to all my court dates and even spoke to the DA over the phone. I am very happy with attorney Banos and will use them again.

The comment before is very accurate about what they said about Attorney Baños. You basically only see him the day you hired him, then after you only speak with his assistant. When you ask for information about the case. You really don’t get any information back. He misses Court days and is not prepa...red. We would basically have to call the court to ask for Court dates. Mr. baños assistant would give us the wrong information, then when we would correct her , she would find an excuse to cover up her miss up. Or she would blame us for giving her the wrong information, like uhm no ! I just called to verify the correct information... We had to fired them, because of the mediocre job they did....
