I have known Mr. Banos for a while and then I hired him for my immigration case. He took all my information, told me what I needed then called me when my paperwork was ready. I went reviewed the documents then signed. They mailed the packet. They were very good about keeping me informed and woul...d send me all my notices. My case went well. I an very happy with them. They also gave me a payment plan which worked for me. I recommend his office.

I went to attorney Banos for my accident case. His legal assistant answered the phone and was very professional and asked a lot of questions about my case. She answered some of my more basic questions then set up an appt. I saw Mr. Banos then started on going to thereapy and working on my case. I...t took a while for my case to be completely finished since I and my husband were really hurt. Thet got my car fixed and the chiropractor they send me to were very professional. Corina the legal assistant would call to inquire how I was doing and if I was happt with my treatment. She would also answer my questions. Attorney Banos need a great job. I was very happy with my case. I highly recommend Mr. Banos.

The comment before is very accurate about what they said about Attorney Baños. You basically only see him the day you hired him, then after you only speak with his assistant. When you ask for information about the case. You really don’t get any information back. He misses Court days and is not prepa...red. We would basically have to call the court to ask for Court dates. Mr. baños assistant would give us the wrong information, then when we would correct her , she would find an excuse to cover up her miss up. Or she would blame us for giving her the wrong information, like uhm no ! I just called to verify the correct information... We had to fired them, because of the mediocre job they did....

Facts: 1. Layer never return calls 2. Updates about the case are hard to obtain 3. Only his assistant Corina Banos gives you a call back "Lawyer is always at the court" 4. Corina Banos seems annoyed when one inquires about the case. 5. Tomas Banos is cheaper than most lawyers 6. Filing is very ...slow I would not recommend this lawyer to a friend or family. Although he is cheaper than most lawyers, the service is mediocre, and overall he is not very knowledgeable. You have to do most of the research.
