I used this invaluable experience as the foundation of my legal career in the oil and gas industry, providing my clients with pragmatic and efficient legal assistance. I have authored hundreds upon hundreds of title opinions of all sorts and drafted and provided analysis on every type of instrument utilized in the industry. This experience provided a natural extension of my practice into real estate law, estate matters and business formation and transactions.
