Son's problem at school.

In 2013 my son had an altercation on his school bus. He and some other kids were tossing around a ball. The ball was deflected and when my son caught it he accidentally touch a younger girls rest end with his forearm. He immediately apologized, but the girl reacted and slapped him as if he did it on ...purpose. Well after an investigation by the school and local sheriff's department there was no harm or malicious intent. Well the parents of the pressed charges and we ended up going to court. That why I had to hire Chris. He did great got all the facts. When we got our day in court Chris talked to the DA, and the Judge and the case was thrown out. He was very professional and really cared about my son's well being. Thanks again Chris.

DWI Help.

Got pulled over for DWI a few years ago. I hired Chris through a mutual friend. I live in Waller county and was pulled over just a mile from my house. Chris had no problem driving from Spring Branch to Hempstead to represent me. After many months of Waller co postponing and not giving us all the info... we asked for. We finally got a court hearing. After a few hours at court, I walked out of there with only having to take a 3 day alcohol course to settle my case. After the course I sent in the certificate and was free to go. My blood content was almost four times the legal limit. They had me on camera. But Waller co Sheriff's dept messed up and Chris figured it out and got me out of my DWI. I know DWI is not his usual practice but he took the challenge and kicked in the butt. Thanks again Chris for all your hard work.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
