Mrs. Winton was very knowledgeable and prepared during our mediation sessions. She thoroughly reviewed my former spouse's assets and tenaciously advocated for the children and me throughout the divorce proceedings. Whenever I had questions or concerns, she explained legal processes to me in ways that... I easily understood. Even other attorneys praised her professionalism and knowledge of the law when we went to court. Her fees were reasonable, and she cared about me as a person. The one area for growth that we discussed was timely communication. Although she was never unprepared for mediation, she was not always accessible in the days leading up to the event. This caused me to feel apprehensive until I was able to converse with her in person before mediation began. She was appreciative of my feedback, and asked about the plausibility of alternate means of communication--like quick video chats via Zoom. Overall, I was pleased with the outcome of my case due to Mrs. Winton's persistence and meticulous attention to detail.

Tecee is the perfect example of what having legal representation should be. She was very professional and forthright in letting me know what to expect from her, opposing counsel, and different situations involved in this process so I wouldn't be caught off guard. She was thorough in gathering and rel...aying information, reminding me of deadlines and appointments, and making sure we had what we needed to be prepared. As well as being compassionate enough to bring breakfast for those early morning meetings and allow me to express my emotions and vent when necessary. In addition to fair pricing, I also received the benefit of having her legal partner and husbands', Jason Winton, expertise while preparing for trial. They were determined to have me prepared for anything opposing counsel could throw at me and would not allow me to be bullied or backed into a corner by anyone, and I can't say thank you enough. Tecee Winton is hands down the best attorney I've had the pleasure of working with!! Attorney Winton is a great Attorney that was referred to me by another Attorney. She assisted me with a modification of my child support and visitation. She informed me of what would take place and helped me get to the standard visitation schedule I have now. However, My only suggestion for improvem...ent Would be that at the end I contacted her about my final order and she stated she would advise once updated. Although, she responded once more and gave dates that the judge signed the order she stated we were waiting on one other item in which she didn’t tell me was ever completed and once I tried to contact her again she had her secretary contact me saying I would receive a letter with everything. The letter gave me only a few details and advised that the Attorney client relationship was closed and if anything else I would need to schedule a consultation for a fee. My suggestion would be to call the client and give a wrap up and also ask are there any other questions pertaining To the case and then sending a follow up lettter, so it won’t look as if all the attorneys fees was paid and then the client was just dropped and left to find out the rest of the process on their own. I’m still running around trying to get my support adjusted through the oag and had to ask them to remove the Attorney in order to get information. Overall, I do appreciate everything that was done and would refer to someone else.
