I hired the Ernesto Garcia Law Firm for an eviction case that I had previously won in JP Court. I was represented by one of their associate attorneys, Alex Ogundare. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First, I was never informed that I had the option to deposit money into the court regi...stry to pay or apply towards rent owed to the landlord this was never mentioned during any status conference. This lack of communication significantly affected my case. Additionally, I later learned that my attorney had a personal relationship with the opposing counsel, which created a clear conflict of interest and made me feel like my representation was biased and not in my best interest. Finally, the firm charges excessively for every small task every email, document, or printout is billed, leading to a surprisingly high legal bill. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this law firm.

This individual is representing the man who physically assaulted me outside the door to my residence and is continuing to contact me, threatening me, harassing me, attempting to intimidate and manipulate me on behalf of his client. He has assured his client, a middle aged man who preys on younger, sm...all females that we will be out $70k after he is done with us. He can take whoever he wants as a client, but in what universe would anyone with a moral compass tell his client, my attacker, that I have “no leg to stand on” and that he can collect rent for a vacant apartment after terminating the lease himself and physically assaulting the small female tenant? Ernie, how many small females will have to pay for your poor decisions to enable criminals in continuing to harm their victims? Landlords have NO RIGHT to physically assault their small, younger female tenants, but if that is what you are into, Ernie is your guy! No moral compass!
