While looking for a parking spot in a private parking lot along with my one year old daughter & dog a truck backed into my driver's side door. My daughter screamed in fear from the sidden impact. He then sent me a message a few seconds later stating that he would take it and to call his office to give them the info. OMG!! I was so relieved. I could've cried. They gave me the info of the doctor to go to not to far from my home. I went there for approximately 4 months and State Farm settled my case the next month for $15,000. I am eternelly grateful for Attorney Dennis Spurling & his staff for helping me with a case that no one in Louisiana wanted anything to do with & will recommend him to everyone I know in Texas & Louisiana. P.S. He even fought the doctor I went to to lower his cost of services so I could get more money. Most COURAGEOUS ATTORNEY EVER!!!!

I was rear ended by a woman who had a stroke one week prior to my accident. I did not call the police nor ambulance to the scene because the accident was minor. The following morning when I woke up I had severe back and neck pain as did my children. I called Mr Spurling's office and they were profess...ional and moved swiftly and effectively from the beginning to the end of my case. They were able to find therapy right around the corner from my house, his staff was always available and courteous when I called with questions AND they were able to settle my case in spite of me not having a police report, even though the person who hit me lied and said that my children were not in the car.
