Delphine M. James

My house was struck by lightning, my insurance company had me jumping through hoops just not to pay me what was owed to me after paying into my insurance company for years. I hired Delphine James to represent me, Mrs. James contacted the company spoke with the manager who right away started telling h...er that he would cut a check for the items that were damaged to my home. I was going back and forth with them for weeks and they only started talking about paying me when Mrs. James got involved. They still wanted me to take all the burnt out items to have them tested on whether or not they could be fixed or need to be replaced, they also wanted to give me items that cost less than what i had in my home which Mrs. James sent them a letter stating that the items needed to be replaced with exactly what I had. Mrs. James did a wonderful job and took a lot of stress that I was going through from the insurance company away. She was very professional and very helpful. I appreciate everything she did for me and my family, I would hire her again and would recommend her to all my family & friends.
