Darian Levar Conston

I was facing four charges, two felonies, and two misdemeanors when I hired Mr.Conston. He was able to get three charges dismissed, and the felony dropped down to a misdemeanor. I'm grateful for another chance at life with no felonies, because he defended me to the best of his ability, and for that, I... couldn't say thank you enough. This is the third time my family, and I have hired him, because he is so thorough. He's knowledgeable with the cases he handles and actually reads the fine print. He wins not by luck, but by law, because he actually studies the law, and he's not burnt out of what he does. I will continue to hire him, and recommend him to anyone who asks.

Mr. Conston is a top-notch attorney who has successfully handled multiple cases for me. All of which have been ruled in my favor. Specifically, I was forced to defend my girlfriend after she was attacked by a random male at a nightclub. Consequently, we both were taken to jail and charged with disord...erly conduct/disturbing the peace. Mr. Conston not only gave me a ride from the jail the following morning but he was also able to get my case dismissed! In a family related case Mr. Conston was able to successfully petition the court to modify an existing order than was NOT beneficial to me. I have and will continue to recommend Mr. Conston for all attorney related issues.

I highly recommend him as an attorney because he is honest and hard working. When I handed him over my case, I did not know what to expect. After he talk to me, I knew I could put my confidence in him to fight for the truth. Because he explained to me how the law works, he knows police do not always ...tell the truth. He told me that as long as I told the truth he would fight to defend it.

Although a fairly new practicing attorney, Mr. Conston proved to be trustworthy, responsible, and resourceful. He was not always knowledgeable, because he has only been practicing law for about 5 years now, but he was resourceful! When he did not know something or was not sure of himself, he woul...d always consult with vets and figure out exactly what steps needed to be taken. Additionally, his services were affordable. I would recommend him to any individual in need of a lawyer.
