Darian Levar Conston

Attorney Conston was my representative on a Driving Under the Influence. I was working out of state and he helped assist me with keeping my job as he went through court process. He also would advice me on the process with my Driver license so that I could continue to drive and not loose my driving ...privileges. He truly went out of his way to help so that why I give him full ratings and call him the extra mile attorney.

Mr. Conston was very diligent in getting my divorce resolved. He constantly kept me informed via email, text and/or phone calls. There were numerous times I had questions outside of normal business hours and Mr. Conston always responded in a very timely manner. Although Mr. Conston isn’t a vet...eran Attorney, he was extremely resourceful with finding answers. He wasn’t afraid of seeking out the advice from his peers or joining legal discussion groups for lawyers to figure out what steps needed to be taken. Another point that was extremely valued was that Mr. Conston was on time for court and always on point with his notes and documentation. I can happily say that I was appreciative for his professionalism. Mr. Conston was on point! I would recommend Mr. Conston to others who are seeking an attorney.

He never does anything that he says he will do he tries to get you to take a plea deal from the beginning. He never returns any messages and once he gets paid he stops working for you. He does not do his homework on case and he tried to get me to take a horrible deal and once I fired him two weeks la...ter my case ended with a dismissal! So I wouldn't recommend him to represent me with a traffic ticket
