Mr. Conston is a top-notch attorney who has successfully handled multiple cases for me. All of which have been ruled in my favor. Specifically, I was forced to defend my girlfriend after she was attacked by a random male at a nightclub. Consequently, we both were taken to jail and charged with disord...erly conduct/disturbing the peace. Mr. Conston not only gave me a ride from the jail the following morning but he was also able to get my case dismissed! In a family related case Mr. Conston was able to successfully petition the court to modify an existing order than was NOT beneficial to me. Attorney Conston was my representative on a Driving Under the Influence. I was working out of state and he helped assist me with keeping my job as he went through court process. He also would advice me on the process with my Driver license so that I could continue to drive and not loose my driving ...privileges.
