I was very pleased with my experience with Ms. Fabio. Her professionalism and experience gave me a ton of confidence that I was receiving accurate information and recommendations that were in my best interest. Between Ms Fabio and her paralegal, communication was quick and questions were always ful...ly answered. She definitely made a very difficult situation easier by fully explaining things and making me feel in control. We hired Thea to represent us in a custody modification suit. We changed from another attorney 2 weeks before the case was to go to trial. Thea quickly reviewed a mountain of documentation and got up to speed on the history and planned a strategy to move forward. Ms. Fabio represented me through my divorce and custody battle. My overall experience was not pleasant. Although Ms. Fabio appeared to be very knowledgeable, caring and experienced (my initial impressions), she was also very passive and unlikely to pursue my best interests and was easily intimidate...d when it comes to direct interaction with other assertive lawyers. She caved in way too many times and did not really fight for my rights. I was relegated to settling each time and she insisted on many questionable subjects that rulings will go against me. She has ties with the Amicus and child psychologists who are generally biased and normally has predetermined opinions. The divorce battle dragged and $$ piled up with no positive or encouraging result. I would NOT recommend her to represent you especially if you are a father fighting for your rights.
