Biography
My practice is devoted primarily to business litigation. Typical matters include commercial landlord / tenant disputes, collection of outstanding accounts, contract disputes, M&M and mineral liens, construction and contractor disputes, judgment enforcement, and tax appeals. I also have experience from my prior life handling subrogation and personal injury claims, and from my pro bono work handling guardianships.
My goal is to efficiently and effectively defend my clients’ interests. I handle everything from initial demand letters to the execution of judgments, including discovery and depositions, settlement negotiations, dispositive motions, mediation, trial, and appeal. I do my best to stay in constant contact with all clients and think outside the box with respect to my client's options.
My husband and I married in 2014, on our 7-year anniversary. We have two children, and several four-legged children. I am passionate about family, volunteering, and traveling.
