Mr. Yagi has extensive experience in commercial litigation and aided a chemical manufacturer in obtaining a multi-million dollar international arbitration award for his client. He has also represented a national insurer in several first-party homeowners claims involving mold damage and hurricane damage in both state and federal courts. Mr. Yagi has also assisted commercial property owners in disputes involving the appraised values of real property.
Mr. Yagi enjoys serving the legal needs of the Japanese community and serves as the Secretary General and Vice-President of Legal Affairs of the Japanese Association of Greater Houston.
