Joel A. Nass

Joel was my Attorney for 6 years post divorce. He is hands down the reason that my daughter and myself survived a very tumultuous situation that is beyond words and why we finally live in peace. Joel was not my initial lawyer, but he is the one that created peace in our lives. I call him our guardian angel. When I filed for divorce, I did not expect the 7 years of litigation that would follow. After an 15 month custody battle that ended in a trial by jury, I was exhausted. I wish I could articulate how good he was. How well he knew the law, but I simply can't. Joel presented our case with truths, and facts. He was amazing in trial. Having been in court many times, and around many lawyers during these instances, I can now identify a good lawyer. After 5 days, my family was safe, our new decree air tight, and I was awarded all my attorney fees, and appellate fees.... should he appeal. Which he did, and lost as well. I am a professional woman, who was in a bad marriage, who wanted a better life for her child. I have years of experience in divorce litigation.... as the plaintiff.
