Dark Black Box

I was insulted by the way Joan Jenkins handled a very costly mistake one of her inexperienced attorney's made on my dime. I discovered a major omission that cost my family tens of thousands of dollars. I brought this discovery to Joan Jenkins, she dismissed and dropped me as a client with a letter. ...My experience with this firm is that they operate out of a black box charging very high fee's with no outcome. Furthermore, the way Joan handled my attorney's costly misstep - as a partner - is not a risk that I would ever take with my family. As a father that relied in good faith on reasonable legal standards, Joan and her attorneys (in my experience) unapologetically took my money, made a huge mistake, took no accountability and brushed off as if they didn't care. I DO NOT recommend this firm on any level.
