Cory Krueger is an experienced trial lawyer and litigator who focuses his practice on probate, family law, estate planning, and asset protection. He also practices transactional law in connection with drafting contracts, legal documents, and wills and trusts. Cory attended the University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 2002.

He then received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center in 2006. During his time in law school, Cory was a member of the Oil and Gas Legal Organization, the Sports and Entertainment Legal Organization (SELO), and he volunteered with the University of Houston Law Center Mentor Program. In addition, Cory also clerked for the Honorable Judge Patricia Hancock of the 113th Civil District Court of Harris County, Texas.

Since forming Hensley & Krueger in 2008 with Nelson Hensley, Cory has managed the day-to-day business of the firm and assisted his clients with their estate planning needs.

Cory is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Real Estate and Litigation Sections of the Houston Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas, the United States Tax Court, The United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Thank you, Cory for everything you have done for my family
One of the worst experiences anyone could encounter is the loss of a loved one. The second semester of my freshman year in college, my father passed away unexpectedly at a train station on his way to work due to cardiac arrest. Unfortunately, my dad did not leave a will, and for my family to access any of his assets, we had to retain legal counsel. Cory Krueger took a chance on representing my family when other law firms turned their backs on us. Given that at the time I was only 18, I can honestly say that without the help of Cory and his legal team, not only would we have just lost the most important man in our lives, but we would have lost everything he intended for us to have after he passed on. Every day his memory lingers in our hearts, it cradles our existence, and I know that he sent Cory to help us in our time of duress. The firm still checks in on us now and then and sends us a holiday card even though our legal relationship with them resolved years ago. In having Cory as your lawyer, please understand that no matter how bleak things may seem, everything will be alright, you and your family will be well taken care of, and you'll never walk alone.

Mr. Krueger is an attorney with integrity and ethic's ...he has been our family attorney for over 10 years and has guided us through business deals, real estate purchases, leasings, and estate and probate issues. I trust his advise and guidance he always gives and his interest is always for his client first and not the fast money. As long as I need an attorney ---Mr. Krueger is the man !

I use Cory for a wide variety of business and personal needs. He is well versed and efficient in many areas including but not limited to entity structures, probate issues, and estate planning. I cannot recommend him or his firm highly enough.

Honest attoreny, fair price
I have used Cory several times in the past. I have used him in my family probate and several business disputes. He is very honest and will tell me if a case is not worth spending money on. I trust him 100% and have recommended him to several friends and family members.

Not a good representative!
This guy is nothing but a goof ball in my opinion. He has a tendency to slander people without knowing them and only represents non ethical people!

I seriously doubt this "anonymous" poster knows me, has ever spoken to me, or was ever a client. My guess is that this person is someone on the other side of a case and is not happy with the result obtained by his/her own attorney and has chosen to take it out on me. If this person wants to discuss their issues and is not represented by legal counsel, I am happy to do so in a professional manner.
