I'm so disappointed with this law firm, I ask them repeatedly while my case was pending, what is your fee? And I was told repeatedly, 25 percent, and after my case was settled, D Miller took 50 percent of my settlement, saying that the extra fees was listed in the agreement document, a document that... we can no longer pull up; I felt betrayed, robbed, and deceived by this so called law firm. I had to give a rating to submit this review, otherwise, I would not have given them a star at all.

I would give them a zero rating if it would let me. The firm screwed up and to cover their butts they dropped me as a client. I was going to receive any where between $90,000 - $210,000 and I got nothing because they failed to communicate with me. They should be disbarred. I am going to Houston and b...oycott the firm. I go between anger and disappointment and just pure disrespect as client I would have never went with this firm if I would have just read the reviews and not listened to all of the promises and lies I was told by Daren Miller even after I asked for them to release my case early in the process because... I felt something wasn’t right with this firm. I won’t be like the stereotypical black person that puts a bad light on all black business men and women because of one experience!! It’s not a black or white thing it’s a accountability thing! Stand by your word..mean what you say!! That’s business no matter what color you are!! It’s just sad to say that a black own firm is not worthy of keeping their word or having their clients best interests at heart!! That doesn’t mean you can’t rely on our people to do better!! But this is one experience I hope no one ever has to experience no matter what race you are! I have been lied to and given the run around and still yet to have my case resolved even after a settlement check was received!!! I am upset and angry to say the least and I would never recommend this firm they lack integrity of all things and it’s sad that it just so happens to be a brother that looks like me!!!!
