Wow, after reading these reviews, no wonder I never received a payout after many years. People are saying they had no callback for years, how they have been cheated; it's no wonder this company is still in business. I contracted with Darren's office in 2015. Of course, I had personal relations wi...th Mr. Miller . He is really quiet spoken and smiles a lot but I guess he's pretty sneaky also. Darren's office owes me $20,000 from 8 years ago. They settled my case in 2018. I guess since he thought we were in a relationship, he did not have to pay. I stop talking with him eventually because of not getting paid but was too embarrassed to let people know that I had been dating a married man, which was one of the reasons that I cut it off. Besides, being a lawyer, they know how to lie using the legal system. But I still want my money! That's been many years ago; I am over it now, he still owes me...I don't care who knows anymore, I've made my amends to who's important! Money please!!!

I'm so disappointed with this law firm, I ask them repeatedly while my case was pending, what is your fee? And I was told repeatedly, 25 percent, and after my case was settled, D Miller took 50 percent of my settlement, saying that the extra fees was listed in the agreement document, a document that... we can no longer pull up; I felt betrayed, robbed, and deceived by this so called law firm. I had to give a rating to submit this review, otherwise, I would not have given them a star at all.

I would give them a zero rating if it would let me. The firm screwed up and to cover their butts they dropped me as a client. I was going to receive any where between $90,000 - $210,000 and I got nothing because they failed to communicate with me. They should be disbarred. I am going to Houston and b...oycott the firm. I was hit in an auto accident which totaled my car and sent me to physical therapy for 6 months. My car was paid off so I also got a car-note as a result of the accident. I reached out to D. Miller and associates and at first all calls were promptly answered and they sought out all my medical expens...es. Over time it started taking more and more time to get responses. At first it was by the end of the week, but that changed to months. In Dec. almost two years since the accident, I was sent a text telling me we were awarded a settlement and asked if I agreed to the amount. I agreed eventually, however that was Dec. I have requested updated info in Mar. and Apr. But noone responds to messages any more. I feel as if whatever I was supposed to get I never will.
