Alex O. Acosta is a licensed attorney admitted to practice in the State of Texas and the Federal Courts for the Southern District to Texas. He has a broad range of experience representing individuals as well as entities. Mr. Acosta is experienced in many facets of transaction financing, both in and out of court, and transactions involving forming and dissolving business entities. He has represented investors in the acquisition and financing of real estate commercial developments.
