This guy told me that he was licensed to represent my family member in a federal case. I paid him 80% of the amount and was promised that the appeal he was supposed to file would be initiated in a timely manner. Yet he waited for the deadline to file a motion to represent (and not the actual appeal) ...which was denied by the judge twice because he was not eligible to represent in this state. I've since been asking for a refund since he lied and did not do what he was hired for. But so far he has been avoiding my emails and phone calls. His assistant paralegal who recommended him in the first place (Nasir Qureshi - Qureshi Legal Solutions) is a fraud.
