If you cannot find the judgment creditor then attempt to pay to the registry of the court.

If you are in a 13 and you gave her notice, then you have a right to cure arrears in the 13. If you have fallen behind on post-petition payments...

It would be an oral contract claim in small claims court. Very difficult to prove. Best to change all of your information and quite talking to him

You need to file an sworn deniel that they do not have capacity to sue you. I would suggest hiring an attorney
