I just found a judgement against me on my credit report. This occurred in 2009, in harris county TX. Whats next?

You have to pay it or file bankruptcy to discharge it. After 10 years the judgment must be renewed by creditor or it becomes void.

I just got a letter from ainvestigative service LLC stating that I been claiming homestead exemption on both of my houses.

What is the reason they are sending you these letters? Do they have a judgment against you. Best to hire a bankruptcy attorney to help you in this...

This is not legal in Texas, best to hire a debtor attorney to give em a hard time.

i would let it dismiss and maybe refile a chapter 13 bankruptcy if you qualify.

Sounds like you need to clarify the order and perhaps exclude work as an event that keeps you away from child. I would say no violation.
