My brother got a loan from Citibank back in 2007 and used my Dad & Mom house as a

You would have to file suit, a trespass to title, and attempt to set aside the sale.

My suggestion would be a chapter 7 bankruptcy is she has this illness. It saves time and money instead of fighting a loosing battle.

You should filing a chapter 13 bankruptcy. You can stop the wage garnishment for a good while, to get your house in order

There is no statute of limitations on a student loan. You have to pay or die. Sometimes you can discharge, but this is very difficult.

You can always be sued, but the issue would be do you have a counterclaim and also the plaintiff would need to validate the debt to have a cause...

I would suggest a chapter 7 banbkrupty. The lien does not attach so long as it is homestead. If you move or pass, then the property may loose...

Yes this is legal and they can foreclose on your house if you do not pay
