If you have no contract but an oral agreement, then winning may be hard. Just because you win, now you have to collect

After 1 year, I would suggest a chapter 7 bankruptcy. Perhaps there was some money paid over the lien and they are holing it in trust? Odds slim...

Whether or not the one you took a loan is licensed is unknown because the name is not posted. Perhaps you should clean up your question.
