Texas fraudulent transfer statute is 4 years. The creditor can avoid transfer in Texas back four years.

The Bankruptcy for my Chapter 7 was Vacated. Does this mean I can re-file Chapter 7?

Maybe, you should check the order vacating the discharge and see if you are prohibited from filing another bankruptcy.

You need to file proof of claim in the bankruptcy. Maybe contact the local U.S. trustee for a referral.
