A great experience for my husband and I. We were taken care of and informed every step of the way. Though we know her personally she was clear to maintain professionalism when working with us and treated us as other clients. She told us what to expect and her staff helped us to prepare. Only complica...tion was that some documents were not translated and ready for our appointment, but to be honest there was also a change in staff and location at that time which is not typical.
