We have been working with this firm for almost two years in what has been described as an ongoing litigation process, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The firm has not been responsive and has stopped communicating altogether. They no longer return our calls, emails, or text messag...es, leaving us completely in the dark about the status of our case. After nearly two years with little to no communication or progress, I would not recommend using this firm. It has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish.

Do not use this lawyer or his firm under any circumstance. Same exact story as everyone else. He over promises and under delivers. Once they have your money, you’re not going hear from him or the other lawyers in the office . It’s a shame, I regret using this firm. STAY CLEAR!!! Save your time mo...ney and emotions. They dropped the ball on several occasions.

Where to start? Based on my experience: He will file motions to postpone and not contact you about it. He's certainly quick to take payment upfront. We were sanctioned multiple times, lost opportunities to depose the other side, no longer able to submit certain evidence as punishment. Mayb...e your experience will somehow be different, but please don't bet on it.

When I first hired Eric Rhodes as my attorney, he was quick to respond, seemed to grasp the details of my case, and promptly secured the upfront payment. However, once the payment was made, his professionalism vanished. He became consistently unresponsive, repeatedly promising to follow up but never ...delivering. Worse, he allowed my case to be dismissed without any notification or effort to keep it on track. If I hadn’t taken the initiative to check on it myself, it would have simply slipped away unnoticed. Hiring him was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise against entrusting your legal matters to this unprofessional attorney.
