to defend you or doesnt have proper information when Judge asks her a question the Defense Attorney had to answer for her. I requested several times to meet in person to discuss my case but she instead stated don't worry about coming over she would resolve everything by phone. She was clueless trying... figure out which case she was actually representing. Save your time and money because you will go in a long merry go round ride and at the end the defense Attorney and TML will win the case your stuck with nothing but misery. They dont even assist to help you if case is lost to find options to financially survive even through your still injured unable to work. Never got to get surgery in a year and four months. Nightmare!!

I hired Adam Henderson Firm thinking about they will help me on my work injury. But they did not, I have to leave my job due to the supervisors were pushing me doing what I couldn't do. I was supposed to have light duty but they did not respect it. I told Mrs. Lora what was happening to me did not ...listen I have to quite my job and no help. I got depression, stress, due to my back pain. I called them so many times but it was impossible for them to help me. Finally, did not get no help from them at all. They just want your money.

I was injured in a fall at work. I was broken and I thought the insurance would just take care of it. Well they did up to a point. They advised me to get a lawyer when they started to deny my care. After calling around I was referred to this firm from another. They said this firm specialized in my wo...rkers comp claim. The first attorney I was assigned left the firm during my case. I liked him ok, but he was not that easy to get a hold of and his assistant was non-existent. However, the new attorney assigned to my case has been kind and understanding and easy to communicate with. She is very accessible and works every day of the week, I even get calls and updates on weekends as the information becomes available. Before I was assigned Jennifer I would have given this firm a lower rating. The insurance company is not on my side. I needed someone in my corner to help with this red tape and run around I get from them. I needed someone to keep the lines of communication open and listen to me gripe when things are moving too slow. She has been that person and I feel she is an asset to the firm. I am thankful to have her in my corner and I feel like she cares about me and cares that I get the treatment I deserve. I barely talk to her assistant because she is very hands on and responds to me in a reasonable time frame. Of course , I know that I am not her only client, but I feel like I am and that means a lot to me. I look forward to getting through with this injury business and getting on with my active and productive life. I am more fortunate than most , because I have a good family support system and my injury is something I can mostly recover from. I will do my best never to let something like this happen to me again, as it never has before, but if it does, I would consider this firm my first choice to help.
