Myself and boyfriend hired this attorney to represent us in an accident that happened at a drive the car wash. The attendant gave the signal to enter the car wash area. After entering there were many cars in front of us and behind us. At the ending of the cleaning a white truck lifted in the air and... came back on our car causing the front of our Audi damages of broken grills in the from. We were injured from the impact and the truck realized he wrecked and took off. We reported to the manager and went to the emergency room for treatment. It was a couple of weeks later we hired Attorney Rodrick D Murray to represent us. Attorney Murray assured us he would handle our case for us by making the car wash accountable for this accident due to too many cars loaded on the belt. He also stated he had a similar situation happened to him. He understood. We was in therapy sessions and seen doctor that he requested. We had a plan on our treatment that was so well needed. It was out of the clear blue we was told to not go to therapy our attorney needed to talk to us. I felt uneasy because why was the therapist texting me to not come in. See your attorney!on a Tuesday. Well I called and left a message on a Monday. I wanted to know what was going on. Well Attorney Roddrick Murray withdrew from our case. I was shocked knowing we still needed therapy for our injuries. I asked him did he view the tape and he said no they won’t except the responsibility. I’m like a letter from the other party saying they were not responsible is what you made this decision on??? I have asked for several information so I can press forward to pursuing this case further. I have not received requested information. The withdrawal letter Rodrick Murray sent out was very poor in suggestions!!! It had no serious representation for withdrawal, extremely weak on selection use of grammar. I compared this letter to a turtle and not a Lion!!!!
