Professional and Knowledgeable

Chelsie King Garza was very helpful to me. I needed support for filing an automobile injury claim and found her to be at all times very knowledgeable and supportive. I was from out of state and especially needed someone who understood the local legal environment and who could at the same time help me... get fair compensation for a complicated injury. She was available for discussion when needed and was supportive in explaining what I needed to provide and the best ways to proceed. She guided me through the process and was at all times knowledgeable, caring and professional. I highly recommend her.

Wonderful and Tustworthy Group to Work With

Several months ago my sister and I believed our elderly mother may have suffered a life changing injury and we decided to pursue a legal course to determine whether she had a case or not. Our mother lives in Texas and we live in Colorado and Connecticut. Not knowing any lawyers in Texas, I went to ...the 'Find Law' web site and started the arduous task of vetting a firm we felt would be the right fit. After many hours of research, I contacted Chelsie and explained our predicament. Chelsie is a great listener and she immediately explained the 'rules of the road' to me, did not imply she could work miracles, and carefully laid out what we needed to do. After following her directions, we sent off all of the records and then she went to work. While visiting Houston, Chelsie made time to visit with us at our convenience as she understood my sister and I were on a tight schedule. Never once did I feel that we were being led on, and we were aprised of the progress they were making at all times. At the end of the process, Chelsie and her team determined that we probably did not have a stong enough case to pursue, and if we proceeded, any findings in our favor or compensation would be quickly captured by the Government. Not once did she try to steer us in any direction and never made any unfounded claims as to what 'magic' she and her firm could deliver. Whe we had our final debrief with Chelsie, her explanations of the process and her findings were clear, comncise, and put into laymans terms. This is one classy organization. Chelsie a wonderful, compassionate person to work with and I would not hesitate to contact her in the future should the need arise.
