Failed to inform me of my court date, told me I did not need to show up, then failed to show themselves resulting in a warrant for my arrest for failure to show. Would be told that they would contact the courts about my case, however, every time I returned calls to find out details I would be put on... hold with claims that they are currently on the "other line" about my case, or that the courts "computer's were down". Save your money, hire someone else.

I hired this attorney via a website (tixnix.com) to help dismiss/defer a simple speeding ticket. The secretary promptly forgot to forward my paperwork after I spoke with her, causing the me to miss the court date and have a warrant issued for my arrest. I only found out about the warrant from solic...itations that showed up in the mail from other attorneys. Then, it took them several more weeks to clear the warrant and actually set a court date for the original traffic ticket. Owsley was responsible for ensuring bond, and he forgot or neglected to do so several times. Don't use them..find another attorney!
