Sam R. Cammack III is hands down the best attorney in the city. He & his legal assistant Holly make a great team. Sam is very professional & honest in what you can expect as an outcome to your case. Holly is great and very accommodating to each unique situation. No matter how often I had questions, t...hey were always answered. My case did not go to trial by jury, because Sam was able to obtain the desired outcome, but if it did, having Sam in your corner is a Godsend. He has a killer instinct & grit about him that you won't find in other lawyers. Other lawyers who have been practicing law for a long time might get "burnt-out" & not want to fight for what's right, i.e. "taking a deal." Not Sam! He has been practicing law for many years. Trust me when I say, he is not burnt out from it & will definitely fight for you. At the time I first hired Sam (2018-2019) I was also fortunate enough to have Tammy Thomas on his team & together they made the ultimate 1,2 punch. It was incredible watching them work. Tammy's attention to detail is unmatched. I again have had Sam assist me very recently in getting a case dismissed on Jan. 6th 2020. Hired Sam Cammack a few years ago for my criminal defense. He rarely returned my phone calls and cancelled meetings the day of at times. Knew very little detail about my case although he claimed he was prepared for trial. Never attended reset hearings and normally sent someone else. Big confusion... in sorting my evidence. Said he would at least participate in jury selection but never did. I hired another lawyer and I was eventually cleared of all charges but of course Mr. Cammack kept my money.

When our family really needed help, Sam was there for us. Sam took our son's case and promised he would defend him like he was his own... and he did. Sam and his staff were professional, courteous and prompt in all dealings with us. We were kept up-to-date on appearances, meetings, court dates a...nd progress with the case. Sam started by giving us all the information he could about our son's situation and the possible outcome of a trial. When our family was scared and nervous, Sam was calm and completely confident. We put our trust in him and he did not disappointment us. During the trial, Sam was a warrior in a fight and he never gave up his ground. When the trial ended, Sam claimed the battle and our son was the victor. After the trial, Sam continued to communicate with us, specifically to make sure our son was okay.
