Only Real Estate Attorney I will use.
After getting into a Owner finance non written contract, the Pennell law firm got me out of a real mess. Specifically getting the opposing party to realize they had better settle, even with my neglect of a written contract, I won the case in mediation. Saving me THOUSANDS! Highly recommend.
