I am a few years too late on this review but Jessica Murphy helped me with my auto accident case back in 2019. Her communication was top-notch and never hesitated to explain every step of the process; especially when I didn't understand. Thanks to her I was able to get the medical attention I needed.... I hired Vong Law Firm to handle my car accident where I was side swiped by another vehicle. The other driver took full responsibility and their insurance agreed to pay, therefore a simple and straightforward case. That couldn't have been further from the truth; from the lack of communication, fail...ure with any follow through and no sense of urgency our case stretched out to over half a year. I hired him for a car accident case. He never replies the emails, calls or/and text messages. I had to call the insurance company myself and asked for the case status. The case supposed to be closed and settled by now but I never receive a check or anything regarding the case settlement.
