I have represented clients in the acquisition, development, management, finance, and disposition of undeveloped land, apartment complexes, shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, industrial properties, multifamily housing and single family dwellings throughout Texas, concentrating in the greater Houston area. In addition to being Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Commercial Real Estate Law and Residential Real Estate Law, I am a licensed escrow officer for American Title Company and has been an authorized closing attorney and/or licensed escrow officer since 1986.
