David Miller Medearis

I hired Mr. Medearis over six months ago. In September he said he would get a court date in early October. I haven't heard from him since, and no court date was ever made. He doesn't respond to phone calls or emails. I even sent a registered letter which he ignored. Due to time constraints within th...e legal system, we will more than likely lose the property.

I hired Mr. Medearis to represent me in a dispute I had with a builder last year. We had some problems after moving into our new home and the builder was unwilling to address them. After sending a demand letter, the builder agreed to a mediation meeting and Mr. Medearis obtained a cash settlement tha...t allowed us to hire another contractor to make the repairs.
