Ashley Bateman Menage

Ashley Menage joined Donato, Minx, Brown & Pool as a law clerk in 2012. She became an Associate with the firm after receiving her license in 2014. She maintains a general civil and commercial litigation practice and works primarily in insurance coverage and defense. Ashley is also a Texas Qualified Impartial Third Party (Mediator).

While in law school, Ashley competed as a Varsity Advocate for South Texas College of Law's nationally recognized Advocacy Program. She currently maintains close ties to the program by coaching STCL Varsity teams. 

The South Texas Law Review recently published Ashley's products liability comment, "When Products Self-Destruct: Making the Case for the Product-less Plaintiff Using Res Ipsa Loquitur, the Malfunction Doctrine, and Section 3."

Ashley is proud to be an eighth-generation Texan. After graduating high school in only three years she earned her Bachelor of Science while on a full scholarship at the University of North Texas.
