I came to Nima in November, 2010 for the purpose of bankruptcy protection regarding the anticipated death of my Mother and the anticipated inheritance of her house and Property that I would receive, relative to a Federal Tax Lein filed by mean old "Aunt IRis." Although my case was somewhat convoluted..., partially due to the quirkiness of Mother's will, and the dated nature of some of "Aunt IRis'" claims, Nima obtained the answers and initiated the action(s) that I needed to takeinitiate in order to take the strain and pressure off of me. Mother died in late April, 2011 and then we had to change from Chapter 7 to 13 and finally have it discharged completely.
