Insensitive and Too Focused on Money
She was very limited in the information provided for and too focused on scheduling a paid consultation. It felt like I was speaking to a salesperson rather than someone focused on my situation.

Knowlegable and supportive

Very non-responsive
She is very non-responsive. Before hiring her, I was able to reach her almost instantly even on weekends to answer my questions. After hiring her, none of my emails were responded to. Took her almost 3 months to make any sort of progress in my case despite the fact that all the information she needed...
