I was charged march 15 ,2014 with trafficking firearms and possession of a firearm I came to her office broken with not a clue of what could happen to me and what would be of my 3 children and being four and a half months pregnant I knew I was innocent but feared no one believed me I explain the sit...uation to her she took the time to listen to me was not rushing me at all like other lawyers that time the interview, she was honest with me told me I had to turn myself in and that she would fight for me because she knew I was innocent it was a relieve to know she understood my case. I turned myself in April 4 th and while encarcerated she always had contact with me she would call to make sure my pregnancy was taken care of and that I knew every detail of my ongoing case I would call her office and Nelda her assistant would always have information for me . Ms Gracia would regularly scheduled conference calls to the prison ,and would let me know of court dates and any changes .i would also like to add that she would come to all of my court dates never missed any and always had encouraging words for me,also always had a plan on my case no matter how difficult it would get She gave her all for my case and I am sure she will do the same for yours,she believed in me fought for me and thanks to her I got a new opportunity to build a new life for my children and I .
