I chose Mr. Davis as my attorney based on his reviews, and I do not regret doing it. His rates are affordable, and the entire process was super easy (I actually attended my divorce hearing this morning). I completed the paperwork, waited the required 60 days, called to make an appointment for court, ...attended the hearing, and now I am divorced! The hearing took less than 5 minutes. Mr. Davis and his legal assistant, Abe, are professional, kind, and diligent. Thank you to the Ed Davis law firm for making my divorce run smoothly during this stressful time.

Ed was a great lawyer, from the moment he answered my first phone call he assured me this would be the easiest process and it sure was, he sent me the forms, we filed, waited the 60 day period, went to court and was out within an hr. I first contacted Ed to help me draft a settlement agreement for a pro-se uncontested divorce that was already underway. He was very responsive and got me what I needed quickly along with some good advice as to how to proceed with reasonable fees. Later as the divorce progressed I realized I needed p...rofession representation, so Ed was my choice. Through the whole process, Ed was responsive and knowledgeable with sound advice. There were times when Ed had to help me manage my deadlines for work that was my part and he was very patient with me to keep me on track. Ed's fees are reasonable and I saw no bill padding, so feel like I received good value for his guidance and representation.

I requested Ed Davis services back in May-June 2014 and paid the balance in full in August. Now that the 61 day period is over I am not able to get in contact with Mr. Davis via email or phone. I should've known better, because when I spoke to him on the phone during that time he was VERY rude and ev...en with me being as calm as possible and apologizing from possible pissing him off he still was popping off at the mouth and being rude. I'm hoping that he will respond to me sometime before the end of the year so that I can finalize my divorce, if not...well I'm guess I'm out $640 and on the search for a new lawyer. Bottom line....don't use him unless you love giving away your hard earned money.
