Biography
David Rushing, a Houston native, graduated from Clear Brook High School and Texas A&M University before attending Southern Methodist Law School in Dallas.
He worked for the United States Small Business Administration in New Orleans post-Hurricane Katrina, and later as a contract attorney at Fulbright and Jaworski, where he litigated a major industrial accident alongside John Daspit.
Now, as the founder of his own practice, David oversees a variety of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and more, with a track record of trying numerous cases to jury verdicts and helping clients recover from their injuries.
