A long time judge here in Harris County said you go to the DA's Office to learn how to practice criminal law. That's what I did. I tried over 70 jury trials while at the Harris County DA's office. I tried the most serious cases including murder, aggravated robbery, and sexual assault of a child. This taught me how to try a criminal case and I also got to see the State's play book. Every day I use that experience to defend the accused citizen. I take real pride in standing up to he giant criminal justice machine and I do my very best to keep my clients from getting chewed up by it.

My Review of Dan Richarson
I had no place else to go and Dan was busy but he took my case. He worked me into his schedule. From day one he was upfront with everything. He kept me informed on everything. He gave me suggestions on how to approach things if they did not go the way we expected them to go. Dan is very conscientious...
"Dan has a long work history in criminal law, both with the Harris County District Attorneys Office and as a defense lawyer. He has a thorough understanding criminal law process and the steps necessary to best help his clients."
"I have known Dan for over 15 years. During that time, I have found him to be one of the best criminal defense attorney's in Houston. Dating back to his days with the DA's Office, he has honed his skills and keeps getting better every day. I highly endorse Dan and, heck, if I ever got in any sort of trouble, he'd be the first person that I would call."
"Dan is by far one of the best attorneys in Houston. Not only is he professional, he has a brilliant legal mind! Dan works zealously for every client he represents - his advocacy is beyond reproach. I endorse Dan and would trust him with my own liberty if needed."
"Conscientious, hardworking and thorough attorney. Leaves no stone unturned. Great criminal defense lawyer."
