In 1998 this man lied to me and help Polk County cover up i police shooting that involved me,Jacob Barber.When it was time to talk to the grand jury Charles Duke told me to play hurt and act like I can not talk.Which went into there favor because I couldn’t tell them the facts.1998 when the shooting ...occurred but again he told me to hold off because we have a two year period to file.Which the case is forgotten about.more or less..I also asked the man if he was a mason and he said no..The day off deposition he wore his mason ring.I was 21years of age when this happened so he also took advantage of me because I was young.He never negotiated the financial aspect of it but always replied 250,000 the accidental shooting policy holds.It was not a accidental shooting again Charlie Duke helped Polk County get away with this.November 20,1998.
